ARTISAN PRODUCTION. The mackerel is hand filleted and individually packed by skilled local labour in Ayamonte, a traditional fishing village in Andalusia, Spain. Most of them are women, with generations of the same family working alongside another.
NO DYES, CHEMICALS NOR PRESERVATIVES. NO FARMED FISH.
