We deliver throughout the U.K.  Please select the first available delivery date or nominated day from the calendar during chekout online. We do not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or Monday. Full terms and conditions as follows: 

MAINLAND UK:

Our standard delivery charge to Mainland UK postcodes is £3.50, excluding the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland. You can also choose to designate a ’safe’ place (at your own risk) should no-one be at home to accept delivery. However, we cannot specify delivery times or request telephone calls from the driver. We offer free delivery to mainland UK on all orders over £60.

SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS, NORTHERN IRELAND AND OFF MAINLAND UK: 

For Scottish Highlands, off mainland UK, Northern Ireland and all postcodes included in the area designated by our third party courier as such, our delivery charge is £24.5 (20.42+ VAT). Please remember delivery can take up to 3 days after the delivery date selected during checkout online. Therefore it is advisable to consult with us before placing an order. Please email us at sales@soldimar.com and we will come back to you as soon as possible. We offer free delivery to the Scottish Highlands, off mainland UK and Northern Ireland for on all orders over £250.

CHANNEL ISLANDS AND ISLE OF MAN

For all postcodes included in the Channel Islands and Isle of Man our delivery charge is £32.5 (27.08 + VAT). Please remember delivery can take up to 3 days after the delivery date selected during checkout online. Therefore it is advisable to consult with us before placing an order. Please email us at sales@soldimar.com and we will come back to you as soon as possible. We offer free delivery to the Channel Islands and Isle of Man on all orders over £250.

RETURNS POLICY

At SolDiMar we offer a discretionary ’goodwill’ returns and refund policy but we can’t accept returns on short shelf-life or perishable items that would be unsaleable on their return. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

Please contact us for our returns delivery address. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for paying for the cost of returning any items. However, we can arrange for a collection to be made using our third party courier service.
