Bacalao a la Vizcaina is one of the most traditional dishes of Basque cuisine . This ready meal is made with high quality cod fillets and a light tomato and red pepper sauce.  Just gently warm and eat or serve cold. 

Prepared by hand with only high quality fish. It contains NO additives, chemicals, dyes or preservatives.

Delicious as a main meal on its own. Excellent paired with pasta, rice, potatoes etc.

STORAGE & CARE:  Keep in a cool and dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated under 8˚C and consume within three days.
