ARTISAN PRODUCTION. Made with fresh sardines. The cooking is traditional and light to maintain the texture and unique flavour. The fish is individually packed by skilled local labour, most of whom are women, with generations of the same family working alongside one another.

NO ADDITIVES OR CHEMICALS.  We don't use additives, chemicals, dyes or preservatives at any time during the manufacturing process of this product.

EXTRA VIRGIN ORGANIC OLIVE OIL: CAAE Certified. CAAE (Andalusian committee of organic agriculture) is the certification body specialising in organic production. CAAE certifies the most hectares in Europe: over 1,000,000.
