Founded in 1952. 100% Picual. Produced by Co-operative “Nuestra Señora de la Fuensanta” in the the Southern Mountain Range in the province of Jaén. This exceptional extra virgin olive oil has an intense colour, clean and bright, very balanced with a light touch of bitterness.

Delicious as a dipping oil. Excellent with salads, meats and fish.

Tastiest olive oil around

I make a lot of salads and have to admit the consistency and flavour of this olive oil is incredibly sublime. Even just with a little bit of added salt to dip my fresh sourdough in on the weekend it bursts with subtle flavours that are prove to be incredibly moreish. It has become the only olive oil that I use! Thank you Soldimar for bringing this little bit of Spain to London!
